Who we are

MandateBio Limited is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We provide hiring-intent intelligence and meeting-booking services to recruitment businesses in the life-sciences sector. For anything in this policy, contact wadi@mandatebio.com.

What data we process

We process a limited amount of business contact information, typically:

• Names, job titles, business email addresses and company details of professionals at recruitment firms and life-sciences companies, gathered from publicly available sources such as company websites, press releases and public registries.
• Correspondence you send us, including email and call notes.
• Basic technical data if you visit our website (our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security).

We do not process special category data, consumer data or candidate CVs.

Why we process it, and our lawful basis

We process business contact data under legitimate interest (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): contacting relevant business decision-makers about services directly related to their commercial role. Before any outreach we assess relevance, and every message we send identifies who we are and includes a working opt-out.

Your rights

• Opt out at any time. Reply to any email or write to us and we will stop contacting you and add you to our suppression list immediately.
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you (subject access).
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Object to our processing.

We aim to honour all requests within one business day, and never later than the statutory one month.

Retention and sharing

We keep business contact data only while it is relevant to our services, and we review our lists regularly. We do not sell data. Leads shared with a client search firm are provided for their recruitment business development only. Our service providers (such as email and hosting suppliers) process data on our instructions.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first and we will do our best to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
